When you're making a film or TV show or shooting a live event, the people who need to see your work often can't be there in person.
RePro lets you watch video from any production on your phone, computer, tablet, or hardware decoder - whether it's happening live right now or already recorded.
In order to do so, someone from your organisation's production and/or technical team must give you access using one of four ways, most of which require you to be issued an invitation to register an account with RePro.
ℹ️ If you are an Organisation or Project Administrator looking to understand how to manage users and invitations, read this doc instead.
🧠 You will need a valid mobile phone number that can receive SMS messages in order to register. However, it is up to the organisation to enable or disable mobile verification for logins.
Accepting Invites
Invitations to join an organisation on RePro are issued via email, which can only be triggered by that organisation's RePro administrator. If you already have a RePro account with a given email address, you can be invited to join multiple organisations with that same email address.
Invitations are only issued to join new organisations, not new projects. You will be auto-added to new projects without being notified or having to manually accept.
You may need to contact your organisation administrator for access to projects if they've forgotten to authorise you ahead of time.
Registration Process - I'm New to RePro
1. Open the invitation email and click "Accept Invitation".
2. A new tab should open. Click "Register".
3. Fill in your info. Be sure to input a valid mobile number or you will not be able to register your account. Click "Register".
4. You should see a Success message. Click "Continue".
5a. If your organisation and/or project administrator has pre-assigned you to one or more projects, you will be given the option to select one to view.
5b. If your organisation and/or project administrator has not already assigned you to a project, you will need to contact them to request access.
6. After you are given access to one or more projects, what you see on your screen upon selecting a project will depend on your level of access for each organisation/project, as well as the device you are using.

Registration Process - I Already Have a RePro Account
1. Open the invitation email and click "Accept Invitation".
2. You will be asked to Login.
3. Enter your password.
4. You should see a success message. Click "Continue".
5a. If your organisation and/or project administrator has pre-assigned you to one or more projects, you will immediately be able to see that Project page.
You can also select a different organisation and/or project if available.
NOTE 1: What you see on your screen will depend on your level of access, as well as the device you are using.
NOTE 2: You may need to ask your org admin for access to a channel.
5b. If your organisation and/or project administrator has not already assigned you to a project, you will need to contact them to request access.
