Timecode can be passed into RePro in the form of SEI Timecode meta.
Most software or hardware encoders support timecode meta at the point of streaming out.
RePro can handle timecode of all frame rates and across both H.264 and HEVC codecs.
If a timecode is successfully passed into RePro, it will be found in the top-bar UI overlay when you hover over a player.
Players display any timecode embedded in the stream, in the player overlay area. Timecode is currently shown to the nearest second. Fuller timecode support is planned.
If you are using RePro's SRT passthrough feature to send video to another remote hardware or software encoder, the timecode meta is kept intact from start to finish.
